Capital Infra Trust Allots 1.66 Cr Units at ₹75.25

Capital Infra Trust announced the allotment of 1,66,11,200 Units at a price of ₹75.25 per Unit on a preferential basis. The allotment was made to Gawar Construction Limited, the Sponsor, for an aggregate subscription amount of ₹1,24,99,92,800. These newly allotted Units will rank pari-passu with the existing units and are subject to applicable lock-in requirements as per InvIT Regulations.
