Capital Infra Trust Reports 57% AUM Growth, NAV Rises to €72.31 per Unit in Q3 & 9M FY26

Capital Infra Trust, a leading infrastructure investment trust, has reported a strong operational and financial performance for Q3 and 9M FY26. The Trust successfully completed the acquisition of 3 ROFO HAM assets, expanding the portfolio to 12 HAM assets and driving a ~57% increase in AUM to 67,329 million from 742,818 million in the previous quarter. The NAV grew by 7.2% during Q3FY26. The Trust declared a distribution of ~2.34 per unit for Q3FY26. The consolidated financial performance for Q3 FY26 showed a total income of INR 1,818.7 million, EBITDA of INR 478.4 million, and profit after tax of INR 107.6 million.
