Capital Infra Trust has announced that its Second Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on July 28, 2026. The meeting will be conducted virtually via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Key agenda items include the consideration and adoption of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Auditors' Report and Performance Report. Additionally, the unitholders will consider and adopt the Valuation Report for the Trust's assets as of March 31, 2026.
