Capital Small Finance Bank Re-appoints Mr. Munish Jain as Whole time Director for 3 Years

Capital Small Finance Bank Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Munish Jain as a Whole time Director designated as Executive Director for a period of 3 years, subject to the approval of Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Mr. Jain, aged 47, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has completed various executive programmes and professional training during his 25 years of experience in the banking sector. He is currently serving as the Whole-time Director (designated as Executive Director) of the Bank for a term of three years, starting from August 28, 2023.
