Capri Global Capital Limited ('Capri Loans'), a non-banking financial company, has successfully completed its Qualified Institutions Placement ('QIP'), raising primary equity capital of Rs. 2,000 crores by issuing approximately 136.5m shares to Qualified Institutional Buyers. The issue witnessed an overwhelming response from a diverse pool of institutional investors, reaffirming the company's execution and technological strength, robust governance, and long-term vision. The capital raised will enable Capri Loans to capitalize on growth opportunities, expand its geographical presence, invest in AI & data science capabilities, and strengthen its capital base.
