Madhusudan Loya, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) Ganga Devi Loya and Anuja Loya, has acquired 2,40,000 equity shares of Capricorn Systems Global Solutions Ltd through open market purchases on BSE. This acquisition, made on October 5, 2026, increased their combined shareholding from 4.7221% (13,20,854 shares) to 5.5801% (15,60,854 shares). The acquirer and PACs are in the public/non-promoter category. The total equity share capital of the company before the acquisition was ₹227,97,20,000, comprising 2,79,72,000 equity shares.
