Rendla Mahesh has disclosed the acquisition of equity shares of Capricorn Systems Global Solutions Limited. The acquisition was made through a subscription to the Rights Issue of the company, leading to a change in shareholding beyond the prescribed threshold under the SEBI regulations. The total share capital/voting capital was taken as per the latest filing done by the company to the Stock Exchange under Clause 35 of the listing Agreement.
