Captain Pipes Ltd: Independent Directors Review Performance of Non-Independent Directors and Board

In a separate meeting held on Monday, 30th March, 2026, the Independent Directors of Captain Pipes Ltd reviewed the performance of Non-Independent Directors and the Board as a whole. They also reviewed the performance of the Chairperson and assessed the quality, quantity, and timeliness of the flow of information between the management of the company and the Board. This meeting was held in accordance with Schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 25(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
