CARE Ratings: ₹14 Final Dividend Set for June 26 Record Date

CARE Ratings Ltd's board approved a final dividend of ₹14 per equity share (face value of ₹10) for FY26, pending shareholder approval. The record date for dividend payment is set for June 26, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of B S R & Co. LLP as statutory auditors for five years, starting from the conclusion of the 33rd AGM until the 38th AGM, subject to member approval. Additionally, 55,000 stock options were granted to eligible employees under the 'CARE Employee Stock Option Scheme 2020'. The 33rd Annual General Meeting will be held on July 3, 2026, via video conferencing.
