CARE Ratings Limited has announced that its Thirty Third (33rd) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, July 3, 2026, at 3:30 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM). The company has also enclosed its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, including the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report and the Notice convening the AGM. The Annual Report and AGM Notice have been sent electronically to members. The record date for dividend payment and eligibility for e-voting is June 26, 2026. E-voting will commence on June 30, 2026, and conclude on July 2, 2026.
