CP Capital Ltd, formerly known as Career Point Limited, has informed the BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on February 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025. The meeting will also consider taking the limited review report by the statutory auditor on the unaudited financial results on record. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company has been closed for directors, promoters, designated employees, and connected persons from January 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025.
