Cargosol Logistics Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window for Half Year Results

Cargosol Logistics Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for the approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended 30th September 2025. As per the company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct, the trading window will remain closed from 1st October 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the results. The board meeting for the consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results will be intimated in due course. The company has advised all concerned persons not to deal in securities of Cargosol Logistics Limited during the prohibited period.
