Cargosol Logistics Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the half year and year ended 31st March 2026. As per the company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person and their immediate Relatives of the Company' and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Half Year ended 31st March, 2026 and Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the year ended 31st March, 2026. All concerned persons are advised not to deal (buy or sell) in Securities of Cargosol Logistics Limited during the said prohibited period.
