Cargosol Logistics to hold EGM for USD 15 Million FCCB issuance

Cargosol Logistics Ltd has announced an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on July 31, 2026, via video conferencing. The primary agenda is to approve the raising of funds through the issuance of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs). The company plans to issue FCCBs, either secured or unsecured, listed or unlisted, denominated in foreign currency or its equivalent in Indian Rupees, for an aggregate amount not exceeding USD 15 Million. This issuance will be conducted through private placement or other permissible methods, subject to regulatory approvals and the terms decided by the Board of Directors.
