Cargosol Logistics to hold EGM for USD 15 Million FCCB issuance

Cargosol Logistics Ltd has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for its members, scheduled for Friday, July 31, 2026, at 12:00 Noon. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or other Audio Visual Means (OVAM). The primary agenda is to approve the raising of funds through the issuance of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) up to an aggregate amount not exceeding USD 15 Million. The meeting will also consider and pass a special resolution to authorize the Board of Directors to create, offer, and allot these unsecured and/or secured, listed and/or unlisted FCCBs through private placements or other permissible methods.
