Cargotrans Maritime Ltd. to Incorporate Two New Subsidiaries

Cargotrans Maritime Ltd. has announced the incorporation of two new companies: CARGOTRANS LIQUID & BULK AGENCIES PRIVATE LIMITED and ALLTRANS LOGITECH LIMITED. The former will be a subsidiary company, while the latter will be a wholly owned subsidiary. Both companies will be engaged in the shipping, liner, and logistics business, expanding the horizons of Cargotrans Maritime Ltd. internationally. The companies will be incorporated in India with a paid-up capital of INR 100,000 each, consisting of 10,000 equity shares.
