Carnation Industries to Acquire Oniv Beverages for INR 5.00 Crores

Carnation Industries Ltd. has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire 100% equity shares in Oniv Beverages Private Limited for a total consideration not exceeding INR 5.00 Crores. The acquisition will be made by issuing/allotting equity shares of Carnation Industries in exchange for the equity shares of Oniv Beverages. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of the current fiscal year, subject to necessary approvals.
