Carraro India Board Meeting on May 26, 2026 for Results & Dividend

Carraro India Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 26, 2026, to consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider recommending a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares for the same financial year. The trading window, which closed on April 1, 2026, will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results, i.e., up to May 28, 2026.
