Carraro India Denies Receiving Caterpillar Order Worth INR 265 Crore

Carraro India Limited has clarified that it has not shared any information about receiving a mandate from Caterpillar worth Euro 30 million (roughly INR 265 crore) for three years. The company governs by a no-disclosure agreement with all its potential customers during various project discussion stages. The company will make appropriate disclosures to the Stock Exchanges as and when the business opportunity is formalised.
