CarTrade Tech in Talks with Girnar Software for Potential Consolidation in Automotive Classifieds Business

CarTrade Tech Ltd. has been in discussions with Girnar Software regarding a potential consolidation opportunity in the new and used automotive classifieds businesses (CarDekho and BikeDekho) in India. The discussions are limited to the automotive classifieds businesses and do not include financing, insurance, or other non-automotive businesses of Girnar Software. There is no binding or definitive agreement executed in relation to the transaction at this stage. The company follows strong corporate governance practices and is committed to complying with all applicable regulatory requirements. If any binding document is executed, the company will make the necessary disclosure as required by the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
