CarTrade Tech Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until After Q4 Results in 2026

CarTrade Tech Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. The closure will begin on Wednesday, April 01, 2026 and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026. This move is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from entering into any transaction involving dealing/trading in securities of the company during this period.
