Carysil Appoints Prayasvin B. Patel as Independent Director

Carysil Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Prayasvin B. Patel (DIN: 00037394) as an Additional Director, designated as an Independent Director, effective September 22, 2026. This appointment is subject to the approval of the company's members via postal ballot. Mr. Patel is a veteran industrialist with over five decades of experience in the engineering and manufacturing sector, notably having led Elecon Engineering Company Limited as Managing Director and later Chairman & Managing Director, where he significantly expanded its Gear Division and international presence. He is not related to any existing Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of Carysil.
