Carysil Ltd. to Expand Manufacturing Capacity for Quartz Kitchen Sinks by 10%

Carysil Limited, in accordance with Regulation 30(4)(d) of SEB! LODR, has announced the expansion of its manufacturing capacity for Quartz Kitchen Sinks. The existing capacity is approximately 1 million units per annum, with an utilization rate of over 85%. The company plans to add 1,00,000 units, which is a 10% increase in the existing capacity. This expansion is expected to be completed before 31st December 2025. The required investment for this expansion is estimated to be around INR 5 crores, which will be financed from existing QIP funds. The rationale behind this expansion is to meet the growing demand and support revenue growth.
