Caspian Corporate Services Ltd to Approve Q3 FY2025-26 Financial Results on February 12, 2026

Caspian Corporate Services Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will also discuss any other business placed before the board with the permission of the chairman. In compliance with the Company’s code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for all directors/officers/designated employees until the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results.
