Castrol India Appoints Price Waterhouse as Statutory Auditors

Castrol India Limited's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as the new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2027 until the conclusion of the 54th AGM. They will replace the current auditors, M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, who have completed their second consecutive five-year term. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 49th AGM. The Board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2026.
