Catvision Board approves FY26 results & re-appoints internal auditor

The Board of Directors of Catvision Limited, in its meeting held on May 28, 2026, approved the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results and Statements for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board re-appointed Mr. Akhilesh Kumar, Manager (F&A), as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27.
