CCL International Appoints Internal and Cost Auditors for FY27

CCL International Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s N K Solanki & Co. as its Internal Auditor and M/s. Shivam Kansal & Co. as its Cost Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-2027. The appointments were made pursuant to Section 138 and Section 148 of the Companies Act, 2013, respectively. These appointments were recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on August 31, 2026. Both firms are noted for their professional expertise in their respective audit fields.
