CDG Petchem: Shareholders regularize 5 directors at EGM

CDG Petchem Ltd. announced that its shareholders, at the First Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) for FY 2026-27 held on April 24, 2026, approved the regularization of five directors. Ms. Rita Aggarwal and Ms. Kajal Jangra were regularized as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a term of five consecutive years, effective from November 14, 2025. Mr. Akashdeep Singh Mundi was regularized as a Non-Executive Director, and Mr. Arshdeep Singh Mundi as an Executive Director. Additionally, Mr. Jagjit Singh Rai was appointed and regularized as a Whole-time Director for a period of five years, effective from his initial appointment date by the Board. All these individuals were previously serving as Additional Directors.
