Ceenik Exports: Audited Financial Results for FY26 Approved

Ceenik Exports India Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Sunil Powar as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27, and Mr. Nitin Narain Hingorani as an Additional Director (Executive), subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the board approved the alteration of the Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association (MOA), a draft postal ballot notice, and the appointment of M/s Dilip Swarnkar & Associates as Scrutinizer for the postal ballot e-voting process.
