Ceigall India emerges L1 bidder for ₹608.67 Cr transmission project

Ceigall India Limited (CIL) has emerged as the L1 bidder for a significant transmission project awarded by REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL). The project involves establishing a common transmission system for power evacuation from Lakadia, Jam Khambhaliya, and Jamnagar power stations in Gujarat and Maharashtra. The contract entails a Tariff Based Contract Agreement for a Common Transmission System, including a 765/400 kV AIS Substation and approximately 300 km of Transmission Line. The estimated annual consideration is Rs. 6086.70 million for 35 years of operation, with a 36-month work execution period. This development is a positive business update for the company.
