Ceigall India Limited (CIL), in a joint venture with Rajinder Infrastructure Private Limited (RIPL) with a 70%-30% share respectively, has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways. The contract is for the construction of a road from km 17.812 to km 55.377 (Package-2) of the Bile-Migging section of NH-913 in Arunachal Pradesh. The project is to be executed on an Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) mode and includes a 48-month construction period and a 5-year maintenance period. The total bid cost for the order is ₹274.08 Crore (excluding GST). Neither the promoter nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions.
