Ceigall India Ltd Emerges as L1 Bidder for Establishment of 400/220 kV Velgaon Substation

Ceigall India Ltd has emerged as the L1 Bidder for the establishment of a 400/220 kV Velgaon Substation through a tariff-based competitive bidding process. The project, valued at approximately Rs. 585 million, is to be completed within 24 months and will have an operation and maintenance period of 35 years. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for all designated persons is currently closed and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration/announcement of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025.
