Celebrity Fashions Ltd. has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Saturday, August 1, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, in compliance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed until August 3, 2026, which is 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
