Cella Space Ltd: Promoters to acquire 15.88% via inter-se transfer

Cella Space Ltd has announced a proposed acquisition of 15.88% of its share capital through an inter-se transfer among its promoters. The transaction involves Visakh Rajkumar and Vignesh Rajkumar acquiring shares from Rajkumar Sivathanu Pillai. The acquisition is scheduled for on or after August 27, 2026, at a price of ₹30 per share. This transaction is exempt from an open offer under Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The volume-weighted average market price for the 60 trading days preceding the notice was approximately ₹24.10. The acquirers have confirmed the acquisition price is within the permissible limit.
