Visakh Rajkumar Increases Cella Space Stake to 9.74%

Visakh Rajkumar, identified as part of the Promoter/Promoter group, has acquired 16,00,000 shares in Cella Space Limited through an inter-se transfer amongst promoters. This transaction increases his total shareholding from 3,62,186 shares (1.80% of total voting capital) to 19,62,186 shares (9.74% of total voting capital).
