Central Bank of India Partners with Godrej Housing Finance for Co-Lending Housing Loans

Central Bank of India has announced a strategic partnership with Godrej Housing Finance Ltd. to offer Housing Loans at competitive rates. The co-lending arrangement will result in greater expansion of portfolio for both entities. Godrej Housing Finance, a leading Housing Finance Company, will originate and process Housing Loan proposals as per jointly formulated credit parameters and eligibility criteria. Central Bank of India will take into its books up to 80% of the Home Loans under mutually agreed terms. The arrangement is expected to offer a convenient experience and customer delight to their customers and help expand their reach across India.
