
Central Bank of India Partners with Tyger Capital for MSME Loans
Central Bank of India has entered into a strategic co-lending partnership with Tyger Capital Private Limited (formerly Adani Capital Private Limited) to offer MSME loans at competitive rates. The partnership, subject to compliance with applicable laws and RBI guidelines, will result in greater expansion of portfolio for both entities. Tyger Capital, with a branch network of 190 branches across 9 states, will originate and process loan proposals under the MSME sector. Central Bank of India will take 80% of the MSME loans under mutually agreed terms and Tyger Capital will service the loan accounts throughout the loan's life cycle. This arrangement is expected to offer a convenient experience and customer delight to their customers and expand their reach across India.
