CMPDIL Appoints Independent Director for 3-Year Term

Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Ltd (CMPDIL) has announced the appointment of Shri Molleti Ganapathi Rao as a Non-Official Independent Director on its Board. The appointment, approved by the President of India via the Ministry of Coal, is for a term of three years. Shri Rao is a retired Senior Grade Deputy Collector with extensive experience in public administration, revenue, land, and resource administration, as well as a background as a Geophysicist. He is not related to any other director and is not debarred from holding such office. The company is completing the necessary formalities for his induction.
