CMPDIL Appoints Two Independent Directors for Three Years

Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Ltd (CMPDIL) has announced the appointment of Shri Anand Shekhar Singh and Shri Rajesh Davera as Non-Official Independent Directors to its Board. The appointments, approved by the President of India via the Ministry of Coal, are effective from July 15, 2026, for a term of three years or until further orders. Both directors are confirmed to be unrelated to existing board members and are not debarred from holding directorships. Shri Singh brings extensive experience in education, pharmaceuticals, and corporate governance, holding an M.Tech and MBA. Shri Davera is a seasoned tax consultant and financial professional with nearly four decades of experience. These appointments are in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
