CMPDIL signs 3-year MoU with NML for mining assignments

Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited (CMPDIL) has entered into a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NTPC Mining Limited (NML) on June 30, 2026. This agreement aims to enhance institutional collaboration between the two entities. A key outcome of this MoU is that CMPDIL will be awarded additional coal mining and allied assignments on a nomination basis. While the MoU itself does not involve any direct financial commitment, services provided by CMPDIL under this arrangement will be chargeable. Fees for these services will be mutually agreed upon for each project, based on the scope of work and prevailing norms.
