Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited (CMPDI) has announced Monday, August 10, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder entitlement to the final dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Board of Directors, in its 308th meeting on April 21, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹1.06 per share on equity shares with a face value of ₹2. If approved at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the dividend payment will be processed after deducting applicable taxes at source.
