Centum Electronics French Subsidiaries Restructuring Approved

Centum Electronics Ltd announced the approval of a court-supervised restructuring plan for its material French subsidiaries, Centum T&S Group S.A. and Centum T&S. The Lyon Economic Activities Court approved the plan on June 10, 2026. MBDA France will acquire the majority of the business activities, while SII will acquire activities related to the Toulouse and Belgium sites. The restructuring was initiated due to financial and operational challenges faced by the subsidiaries. No consideration is expected to accrue to Centum Electronics as the transaction is part of court-supervised proceedings.
