Century Enka Appoints Singhi & Co. as Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

Century Enka Ltd. announced at its 60th Annual General Meeting held on August 20, 2026, the appointment of M/s. Singhi & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. The firm will serve for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 60th AGM until the conclusion of the 65th AGM. The shareholders also re-appointed Mrs. Rajashree Birla as Director and Mr. Suresh Sodani as Managing Director & CEO for a further period of two years. The meeting commenced at 02:30 P.M. IST and concluded at 04:05 P.M. IST.
