Century Enka Ltd has announced its 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The company has also fixed Thursday, August 13, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders eligible for dividend payment for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 12 to August 13, 2026, for physical shareholders.
