Century Extrusions Allots 3 Cr Equity Shares via Rights Issue

Century Extrusions Ltd announced the outcome of its Rights Issue Committee Meeting held on October 22, 2026. The committee approved the allotment of 3,00,00,000 partly paid-up Equity Shares of face value ₹1 each, issued on a rights basis. The issue price was ₹15 per Equity Share, including a premium of ₹14 per Equity Share.
