Century Extrusions Approves Audited FY26 Results

Century Extrusions Ltd's Board of Directors approved the standalone audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, in a meeting held on May 25, 2026. The board also approved the statement of assets and liabilities, cash flow statement as of the same date, and the auditors' report with an unmodified opinion. The 38th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for August 14, 2026. Additionally, M/s S.P. Sarda & Co. was appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27, and Shri. Deepankar Bose and Shri. Bishwanath Choudhary were re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a second term of 5 years starting January 11, 2027, subject to shareholder approval.
