Century Extrusions Board Approves FY26 Results

The Board of Directors of Century Extrusions Ltd approved the standalone audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved the standalone audited statement of assets and liabilities and the cash flow statement as of the same date. The 38th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for August 14, 2026. Additionally, M/s S.P. Sarda & Co. was appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27, and Shri. Deepankar Bose and Shri. Bishwanath Choudhary were re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a second term of 5 years commencing January 11, 2027, subject to shareholder approval.
