Century Plyboards Closes Trading Window from 1st April, 2026

Century Plyboards (India) Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for all Directors, Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, effective from 1st April, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's ‘Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons’. The trading window will reopen after 48 hours from the announcement of the Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the aforesaid financial results is yet to be announced.
