Century Plyboards Reappoints 5 Directors, Including CEO & MD

Century Plyboards (India) Ltd announced at its Annual General Meeting held on September 16, 2026, the re-appointment of five key directors. This includes the re-appointment of Sri Rajesh Kumar Agarwal and Sri Prem Kumar Bhajanka as Directors upon retirement by rotation. Sri Sanjay Agarwal has been re-appointed as CEO and Managing Director for a further five-year term effective July 1, 2026. Sri Ajay Baldawa was re-appointed as Executive Director (Technical) for five years from July 1, 2026, and Smt. Nikita Bansal as Executive Director for five years from February 1, 2027. The company confirmed that none of these directors are debarred from holding office.
