Aditya Birla Real Estate: 129th AGM on July 27, 2026; ₹2.50 Dividend Proposed

Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd has announced its 129th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, July 27, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The company also informed about the book closure and record date for dividend payment for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors recommended a dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from July 14, 2026, to July 27, 2026, inclusive, for this purpose. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on or after July 30, 2026.
